Jordan Lake: Sports Specialist Physiotherapist (Master in Sports Physiotherapy; M ClinPhys)

Jordan completed his physiotherapy degree at Curtin university in 2016 and has recently completed his Master of Sports Physiotherapy degree also at Curtin University. Jordan has worked in a variety of sports while studying and since graduating, such as Rugby Union, netball as well as prior holding the role of head physiotherapist at East Fremantle Football Club and most recently working with the West Coast Eagles Football Team.
Jordan has a particular clinical interest in sporting related injuries, as well as other musculoskeletal conditions such as lower back pain, neck pain and knee pain. He uses a combination of hands-on therapy as well as gym-based training to improve strength and movement for better outcomes.
Outside of the clinic Jordan is a keen water polo player and enjoys gym and swimming training. He also enjoys getting away on camping trips around Perth in the summer to relax and unwind.

Kelsey studied a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame Australia before working in the hospital sector. It was here that she developed a keen interest in holistic full body practice.
Having a background as a dedicated waterpolo player alongside her experience as a sports trainer with both rugby & football teams she has developed a passion for human movement & understanding the larger picture. Believing firmly in the power of exercise, Kelsey utilises a combination of both hands on therapy alongside strength and conditioning to help others achieve their goals, recover from injuries, and enhance their performance.
Outside of work, you can find Kelsey enjoying pilates, walking her chocolate Labrador ‘Kev’ or enjoying trips away in the southwest.
Tasman Harris: Physiotherapist (Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours)

Tasman completed his physiotherapy degree at Curtin University, where he undertook an honours project which explored the biomechanics of road cycling. Tasman has worked in a variety of settings, including as a disability support worker and as a sports trainer for football and soccer teams. Through these vocations, Tasman has developed a keen interest for functional exercise prescription, effective communication, and assisting people to achieve their movement goals.
As a physiotherapist, Tasman enjoys the opportunity to work collaboratively with patients to help them achieve personally meaningful outcomes. He is committed to staying up-to-date with new research, to ensure he manages his patients with the most contemporary treatment techniques available.
In his free time, Tasman enjoys playing (and watching!) team sports such as cricket, football and basketball. He also enjoys training at the gym and escaping the Perth heat via camping trips to the beautiful South-West.
Matt Affleck: Director
Matt is a Curtin trained Physiotherapist with over 18 years private practice experience and is the director of fx Physiotherapy, The Headache Studio and co-founder of Hybrid Pilates in East Fremantle.
Matt has completed additional training in the following areas;
> Level 3 certification with the Watson Headache Institute (R).
> Diagnostic ultrasound imaging training
> FRC mobility specialist and kinetic stretch certifications
> Kinetic link training (KLT) certification
His clinical interests include; migraine prevention and management
